Owners of Google Pixel phones that signed up for the Android Beta program for Android 13 QPR3 only recently received a beta 2 upgrade. Android 13 QPR3 Beta 2.1 is already out, so it looks Google intended to provide a quick fix for something.

This update is now available for owners of the Pixel 4a, Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5, Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, or Pixel 7 Pro.

Modem upgrades are the sole “official change” Google has noted for this “minor update.” That was all they had to say about it. Since those difficulties are/were exclusively present on the Exynos modem, you have to question if it has anything to do with you don’t have to update in this manner; you can upgrade in other ways as well. Here are links to the factory image and OTA files. You can always sign up for the Android Beta Program (here) to receive the update wirelessly.

Do that if you’d want to stay away from a command prompt and adb commands. Google should soon start distributing the upgrade via the Android Beta Program.
