Michael Angelakos of Passion Pit has revealed a tardy 10th anniversary edition of his 2012 album Gossamer. Two Passion Pit rarities that were recorded around the same time as the LP are included on the reissue. Below, you can hear “American Blood,” one of those songs.
Tremendous Sea of Love, released in 2017, was Angelakos’ most recent album as Passion Pit. In 2019, he collaborated with the Swedish electronic band Galantis on the song “I Found U,” which commemorated the tenth anniversary of Passion Pit’s Manners debut album from 2009.
