Brittany Cartwright is “Team Lala” amid good friend Lala Kent’s split from Randall Emmett.
“I feel for her for everything she’s going through,” Brittany, 32, said of her former “Vanderpump Rules co-star, 31, on E! News’ “Daily Pop” Thursday. “She’s an incredible mom.”
While Cartwright’s ultimate loyalties lie with Kent, her husband, Jax Taylor, 42, is great friends with 50-year-old Emmett.
“Jax and Randall were super close,” Cartwright added. “I’m not really sure exactly what’s going on with them, but let me just say I’m team Lala. I hope the best for her and Ocean and their entire family.”
Kent and Emmett currently co-parent 9-month-old daughter, Ocean, following the end of their engagement, which Lala claims was due to Emmett’s “repeated” cheating.
“No, this has been going on for quite some time. It’s been kind of repeated behavior that I have found out about,” Kent answered on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” Tuesday when asked by a fan about Emmett’s cheating, “and it’s not just one person, it’s many,” she added.
In December, Kent referred to the “traumatizing” split as the “worst thing to ever happen” to her and admits today that she still doesn’t have true closure.
“There was no closure at all when it came to my relationship and exiting it,” she added on “WWHL.” “If it doesn’t have to do with [Ocean] then I have no desire to communicate with that person.”
Kent also gushed over Emmett’s ex-wife, Ambyr Childers, during the sit-down, saying he probably should have never left the mother of her two eldest children.
“I think she is a great woman and a great mom,” she confessed. “I will be honest, I think she is the best thing that ever happened to that guy.”
