A six-bedroom property in Moraga Estates that was formerly home to a Los Angeles Lakers player is currently listed for sale for $14.5 mιllιon. The 10,000 square foot gated community is also being offered for sale by the seller, Compass dealer Nancy Ellin. The home boasts six bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, and even a locker room with walls covered in autographs from illustrious NBA players.

 

Ellin purchased the home in 2004 and renovated it with a variety of upscale additions. Ellin tells Mansion Global that the home has undergone a complete refurbishment and now features top-of-the-line appliances, marble, custom cabinets, and Moroccan/Spanish design elements that were motivated by our trips.
